Llywodraeth Cymru, The Welsh Government commissioned us to provide their platform at the Royal Welsh Show in 2011.

This was to help them communicate information about the support packages they offer for farmers, Farming Connect, Young Entrants’ Support Scheme and Glastir and publicise the Broadband Support Scheme, the Rural Development Plan and their new Gwlad online publications.

The pavilion was to use an existing building on the showground site which would require branding and building the internal exhibition space.

 THE OBJECTIVES

•  Provide external dressing to building.

•  Build internal exhibition stand.

•  Create the environment for engagement.

•  Manage the show from build, manning and delivery.

THE BUILD SOLUTION

The solution from us included 2 main elements, the exterior graphic wraps for the building in a mixture of large vinyl banner graphics and solid panels and a bespoke interior exhibition build.

The building was also supplemented with external display units that were used to drive footfall to the internal stand and a small food tasting area and rest areas.

The internal exhibition space was a mixture of traditional exhibition build and modern fully seamless graphic wrapped walling forming both private meeting and hospitality areas.

THE RESULTS

The building wrap was a great success and really provided a dramatic visual point of presence. Working with the graphics team at The Welsh Government, we delivered all the build, on time and on budget to great reviews.
